PERSONAL/FAMILY 

Lee is a graduate of Davidson College ('86) where he received a BA in History.  Lee worked at Dicey Fabrics, his family's textile business, for 20+ years where he was exposed to every facet of the business world.  His participation and duties included:  sales, IT, CFO, customer relations, labor relations, legal matters involving liability and copyrights, quality control, manufacturing, design and performance testing.

Married to Lisa Cash Neisler (also a graduate of Davidson) and they have three children, Carly (currently in college), Max (high school), and Rachel (middle school).

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Elder in the First Presbyterian Church of Kings Mountain where he served as treasurer for six years. 

Has served on the Executive Board and was Treasurer of Gaston United Soccer Club.

Headed the United Way's annual fundraiser at Dicey Fabrics for 15 years.

Coached recreation league basketball and tries never to miss any of his kids' athletic events.
